no micro shimmer?

I was so looking forward to receiving this as I love metallic and glitter lipsticks. The color is beautiful and as pictured—a deep berry. However, it went on almost matte and I couldn’t even see the “micro shimmer”. Pretty, but I thought I was getting some shimmer. I don’t wear matte lipsticks cuz I’m old (mid-50s) and it shows every imperfection. Good color payoff, but not quite what I wanted. It also didn’t last more than an hour without having to reapply. I’m returning it to Sephora.

Disappointing

Meh. The color is beautiful but it’s very dry and a matte finish. I don’t feel it’s worth it. I have many Urban Decay products and this is not their best.

Marfa Lipstick

So disappointed... I think of UD as having a highly-pigmented, extremely colorful range of lipsticks. This lipstick went on patchy; after many swipes, it got darker but stayed patchy. Since a dark lipstick needs to be solid and bold...this is going back. PS: the lipstick case is awful: cute idea, but feels really cheap and is hard to open.

Spend elsewhere

I liked the rich purple color and it's nice for when you're in a hurry. However, it has a "flaked off" appearance after just a short while of wear. I would rather have put $18 towards a smooth lip-stain that wouldn't look like it was coming off almost as soon as I applied it.
