There is never enough, but it works

This product and the save the day product was recommended by my colorist. I decided to try this mask simply due to the fact is was a mask. I was very pleased with how my hair felt after leaving the product in overnight. The product is easy to distribute throughout the hair. My only issue which I tend to have with most masks is the volume of product in the container. I have long thick hair and I used the product once a week and I ran out of the product after 4 uses. Would I get it again? Unlikely.

The smell is a bit odd to me! Everyone says they love the smell but I don’t… and the texture is a bit slimy…

I have really really thin, long hair. This means two things: it gets tangled immediately if you even look at it the wrong way, and I'm riddled with dry, split ends. This masque has helped so much with both of these issues. The ends were a serious problem; they felt like straw and looked awful. I noticed a HUGE difference after just one application: the ends are smoother and much softer. I also use this whenever I need to detangle my hair, esp after uh, certain strenuous activities. My hair just becomes so knotted that brushing through is extremely painful and takes literally an hour. If I put this in for half an hour and wash it out, the tangles just melt away. It's expensive, but I don't have to use too much of it to get the results I'm looking for, so with my thin hair, the tub lasts me a while.

Worth the $$$

I purchased this from Sephora way back in 2017, and for some reason did not repurchase until last month when Bumble and Bumble was having a sale. I put it in during exercise and wash out. My hair looks way healthier after just a few uses than it has in years. It feels soft and is easy to style. It is expensive but worth it for the results I get.

Sorcery in a jar!!

I have long, colored, oily hair..Always use salon products. Was using Lanza Volume, but my hair was still fuzzy. Ordered the whole B&B Bond Building Line (available on their website), along with the overnight repair mask, and my hair seriously looks like silk with one use. I slept in the mask, washed and dried it this morning, curled with my Beachwaver, and got 7 compliments in 8 hours. It's so worth the $$!!

I love bumble and bumble products. I know everyone’s hair is different and everyone’s hair needs the “one” brand that does it all. I found my holy grail with this line. I’ve slowly added different bumble and bumble products and I found another one that’s simply amazing! I didn’t like the price tag. I was scared I was going to go through this amount of product fast for the cost but I was wrong. It smells beautiful (I love products that have a beautiful smell to them) It didn’t take a lot and I just threw my hair in a messy bun for the night. Nothing got on my pillow, the product didn’t move to my face. (Which I hate) I had my morning shower and my hair feels amazing! If I let my hair dry naturally I have beach waves in certain spots. (Which makes it look unkept) I was able to allow it to air dry and it’s calm, no frizz, and the waves aren’t so bad. It says to use 2x a week but I want to use it everyday!!!! Bumble and bumble please never change! You have a life long customer.

I can’t say enough about this mask. Although it is supposed to be rinsed out, I use it as a leave-in conditioner. It leaves my hair soft and shiny until I wash it again. The smell is also great and has staying power without overpowering the senses. Definitely one of my favorite products.

it’s mediocre

While I love the leave in from this line, this mask is disappointing. For the price I expected a lot more from this mask. I feel like i can get the same results from a mask that’s half the price.

Smells good, but not worth the price.

Product smells good, but pretty strong. I am sensitive to smell and a light sleeper so I don’t sleep in it. I usually put it on in the morning one weekend day and then shower in the afternoon. It makes the floor of my shower really, really slippery, which I don’t like much. It also never completely washes out. I have to shampoo twice to get it mostly out then my hair is stiff and impossible to comb until after my next shower. I probably wouldn’t buy it again. I haven’t noticed any real change in my hair, I have better results from the $5 mielle hair mask from Target that I use. This wasn’t a worthwhile splurge.

It’s good but I wouldn’t use it more than once a week. It smells so good!

Hair is Soft

I love that you can put it on overnight. I often wash my hair and let it dry a little and then put this on overnight and my hair is super soft once I wet it the next day.

Pricey, but better than Olaplex

It’s a very nice product and it softens my hair like no other. I have chemically treated (Japanese straightening) and often-colored (once every two months) hair that needs really high quality products to keep it healthy. I find that this does the job, and it keeps my hair soft even days after I’ve washed this out. However, I would agree with other reviewers that it is quite expensive for the amount you get and I would not want to buy it at full price because it only lasts about 3 applications for me with my long and thick East Asian hair. I’ve found that it works better for my hair than Olaplex N.3 because the Olaplex somehow makes my ends really curly and unruly, while this smooths everything down and makes my hair super manageable. It’s really up to what your hair goes through; I would say that Olaplex is not good for chemically straightened hair because it messes with the straightening treatment’s lasting power in my hair, while this really helps to make my hair healthy after I’ve done so much damage to it. If you can afford this expensive mask, I’d say go for it because it will only help and not hurt.
