The new eye and lip formula, is terrible !!!!!'n

I have used the eye lip formula for 12 years now and I am so disappointed in the new formula. It's oily greasy it cakes up when you put your. Other eye products on but what is worse it does nothing for your lower eye Bags or your upper lids. My favorite thing about this was I have one droopy eyelid on my right and after I would put the older on just a little bit in the crease of my eyelid and move my finger up my lid stayed up the whole day. !!!!!' This formula does nothing for my upper lid. And does nothing for my lower lids !!!!! Also, the old formula had a hue of white this New formula is yellow in color and the white just brightened my eyes and dark circles!! They have ruined a good product. I will not buy again.!!!!! Not only have they ruined the product they went up in price !!!! I never had a problem buying it. It was the best thing for me.i would pay even pay more if i had to just to get the older formula back !!!! I actually told anyone and everyone over the years about the older formula I loved it so much I have family members and friends that have started using it over the years and they will not buy again either.!!!! Again, I will not buy this mew formula eye and lip cream, and I am searching for a new eye cream and it's been very hard to do !!!!!!!

More expensive and not the same, reformulated product is too oily and too shiny.

Somehow, the Eye and Lip Contour Regenerating Cream greatly reduced the syringomas under my eyes. It also got rid of the puffiness I had under my eyes. Amazing!

My go-to eye and lip cream

I have been using this eye and lip cream for almost ten years and it is my go-to eye cream for my nighttime routine. It is the only eye cream that I have found that also works as a lip contour cream. I still have lines due to natural aging, but I do believe my lines would be worse if I didn't start using this cream when I did.

After using this, the fine lines around my eyes have become less noticeable. Thank you.

New Formulation Not Good!!

Why did they change the formulation? Now its like all the other cheap, worthless, do nothing eye creams out there. I have splurged on this product for years and years because it worked. Now, I hate the new formulation and will never buy again. Very disgusted. But, I guess it will save me over $600 a year!

never buy again

this product does not live up to the reviews I read before purchasing. it does not do well as an eye cream unless you only use it at bedtime. It cakes under makeup. I use above and on my lips, but no improvement.

Why muck up a perfect formula

Sad and disappointed. Previous formula was perfect, added life and brightness to my eyes. New formula introduced late last year is thin, oily and makes the surrounding of my eyes dull and sunken. Why?

New formula is terrible

I used this many years and loved it. Recently I realized they changed the formula for this. The new ones are not creamy as before, and is oily and hard to absorb. Worst of all they added shea butter to this product and I am allergic to shea butter. This new formula gave me redness and swollen eyes!! I bought three of these during Christmas and now I don't know what to do with them! Why do Shiseido changed formula on a perfectly good product?!

Why change the formula?

I have been using this for years and have loved it; now, it is just a very thin, greasy lotion that does not have the same consistency or the same results as the prior formula. Will not buy again.
