The shampoo is so nice sleek body so I really liked the packaging and the bottle plus it smells so amazing and my hair is smelling like a fruit. I would definitely recommend your hair feels much softer like I applit some home-made hair mask.

Fantastic

I absolutely love this shampoo! It makes my hair feel so soft and smooth while helping repair damage and dryness. After just a few washes, I noticed my hair looked healthier and felt stronger. The scent is incredible fresh and long lasting without being overpowering. I also appreciate the quality ingredients that feel gentle on my scalp but still give a really good clean. If you’re looking for a shampoo that actually softens, helps with damage, and smells amazing, this is definitely the one!

Don’t use this shampoo unless you want your hair to fall out! Never had my hair shed so much until using this. I regret ever purchasing this! Beware

causes so much hair shedding

I really wanted to love this. My scalp didn't get irritated, it got my hair clean but at times was hard to get the lather going and could take a bit to rinse but my hair seemed to like it. BUT here are my cons, the minor one being I am not overly a fan of the fragrance it's just not my thing but I dont hate it. The absolute biggest con and reason I will not use this again- the hair shedding is terrible. Yes I got some thyroid/hormonal stuff going on and expect a little hair fall every shower but this was unreal. My hair shedding in the shower every time I washed with this was insane. I even switched to a different shampoo conditioner just to make sure and sure enough when I washed the shedding was cut down to a 1/4th of what this shampoo was doing. I have read some of their other lines can do this well it looks like this does it to me.

Strong Fragrance Causes Eye Irritation

I normally don’t have problems with hair products, but the Amika Normcore Nourishing Shampoo and Conditioner caused significant irritation to my eyes. Even with careful application, my eyes watered and burned after I used it. For comparison, I use other Amika products (like Bust Your Brass), Purology and Briogeo shampoos without any irritation, so I believe the issue is the heavy fragrance in Normcore. While the duo is moisturizing, I cannot recommend it for anyone sensitive to scents or with sensitive eyes.

Amazing!

I’ve only used this shampoo and conditioner for 4 hair washes and I love it! I have very fine, thin hair that is prone to breakage and very dry. This has made my hair feel silky smooth and I’ve noticed less hair fall then before. The fragrance is very strong tho.

Disappointed

I love the yellow shampoo so I thought I’d like this one but it made my scalp itchy and my ends dry. It does smell amazing and detangles my hair unlike any other shampoo/conditioner but it’s not worth it. My hair type is long, fine straight hair.

This shampoo and conditioner smells so good I’m obsessed! It makes my hair feel super soft and clean without weighing it down. I love that it’s made with sea buckthorn and shea butter to keep my hair healthy and smooth. After I use it, my hair feels light, fresh, and honestly just really pretty.

I have been looking for a rich, conditioning shampoo duo and have always loved AMIKA. I heard about this new formula and gave it a go. A little goes a long way and I am impressed with the hydration and longevity of my hair keeping healthy and clean.
