[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I really like this moisturizer. I have an allergy to retinol, so I was excited to try an alternative treatment. This product smells good, goes on smoothly and feels good on. It absorbs quickly and works well.

Amazing moisturizing

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This moisturizing cream is great. I currently have a dry patch on my face from a pimple patch that has left a little bit of a chemical burn. This works great on healing my skin keeping it moisturized and hydrated. It's a nice cream. Not very tacky or sticky goes into the skin and feels Great.

Great natural retinol alternative!

The Plant Stem Cell Retinol Alternative Moisturizer from Kora Organics is a gentle and effective method to help strengthen and plump skin while combating the signs of aging, without causing irritation. 99.7% of the ingredients are natural, while 70% are from organic farming. This product has a thicker texture, and feels like an occlusive layer once applied to the skin, making it an excellent choice for an overnight winter skincare regimen. Due to its thicker texture, it feels a bit much for me for daytime use, or use outdoors in warm weather. I also found that it caused pilling when used with some other products. It contains a variety of essential oils, so the scent is more heavy and long-lasting than some products, so just be aware of that if you are sensitive to either essential oils or strong scents. Overall I found this to be extremely beneficial and hydrating for my dry winter skin, and found that it made my skin feel and look healthier.

While I don't think I've used it long enough to see any major results, it's def worth trying especially if you aren't wanting to or can't use a traditional retinol product.

Once you rub it completely into your skin, it keeps your face and neck hydrated all day. I even noticed some of my fine lines looked better after using it!

My skin has been looking so healthy. Plumper, less visible lines amd dark spots, smooth and hydrated. This product rly is great.

Gorgeous rich moisturizer with real results

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This Kora Organics moisturizer has really helped my skin texture and hydration. I'm 41 and retinol is not new to my skin however I did apply too much product in the beginning and it caused breakouts. I would start with as little as possible and layer it if you need more product. I love the this is refillable, the purple jar is sleek and gorgeous. It does have a strong scent, very herbal but the scent doesn't linger. This will give your skin a gorgeous healthy shine in the morning. If it's in your price range. I would definitely recommend this as part of an anti aging routine.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I have not often had great luck with these sorts of essential oil rich moisturizers but this feels awesome on my face and doesn't seem to flare my rosacea. It is a funky lavender gray but I'm pretty sure that's just the color bakuchiol is, and it doesn't show up on the skin. It's a more matte texture than a lot of my other moisturizers and that's a plus for me. I didn't get dry even in the deep freeze this winter, so this was a big winner for me.

Worth a Try?

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I must say, I have enjoyed using this Kora Organics Retinol Alternative Moisturizer so far! I am skeptical to use traditional retinols, as my skin is dry and we are in the late winter/early days of spring. I have found this product to have great absorption; it does not feel like you are losing any benefits of a traditional moisturizer that may not have the benefits this one does. I would describe the feel of my skin as “bouncy” when I apply it. I have found it to be more of a PM moisturizer for me; however, It does not feel overly heavy or mask-like. The product does not have a fragrance but it does have a faint smell of rubber? It does go away, but it is an odd, slightly off-putting smell. That being said, I haven’t had any reactions or sensitivities while using it. I would need more time to be able to see the full benefits of using this. However, I think it’s a nice product so far and of course it gets points for looking pretty on my vanity.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] My “before” is the “darker” pic and the “lighter” pic is my “after”. They were taken in the same place under the same lighting. For reference, I have pretty dry skin and while I had a few spots through this, never really break out. Firmness is definitely a concern for me now, so I was excited to give this a shot. This is a thick, creamy moisturizer that comes in nice packaging and does feel very luxe with a nice spa-like scent to it. You do NOT need a lot, a little goes a long way. Even using a little bit, it took a bit to blend in sometimes. I used this for two and a half weeks straight and while it’s a nice moisturizer, it just doesn’t really do much for my skin, I literally see no difference. I get a touch of glow for a bit right after it’s applied but otherwise I don’t feel like my skin looks any more moisturized, plump, or firm. Unfortunately not my favorite because it just…doesn’t give me the results I get with some of the others I regularly use. I wouldn’t NOT recommend this to someone to try because everyone is different and I know people that DO like this, but it wouldn’t be at the top of my list.

Instant Wrinkle Reduction

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is my first experience with a Stem Cell Alternative and it was a good one. This moisturizer offers immediate results. I first tried it on the back of my hands which are always dry. It did not disappoint! I usually have substantial wrinkles right on my wrist and thus plumped the skin instantly. It had a soft scent of something like cloves and is silky to the touch. This is a winner!
