This was useless. Out of the package it was so dry I could not get any pigment on my face.. I tried to rub against my hand skin first - still nothing. I had to throw it in the trash

This eyeliner is genuinely worse than drugstore. It stopped applying? It will not transfer color anymore. Like, you have one job and it’s to be eyeliner and you refuse. 0 stars lol

I think I’m done giving KVD products a chance. This was completely dry, unusable and crumbling into pieces. I bought it because the color looked amazing but ended to returning it immediately.

What Happened to the Formula?

I’ve been a loyal fan of KVD’s Tattoo Eyeliner for years, but my recent experience left me disappointed. Promoted as waterproof, it smudged into raccoon eyes within two hours. As the day went on, the smudging only got worse, making me wonder if the formula has changed. It feels looser and less reliable than before, making precise lines nearly impossible. I miss the days when this liner was truly long-lasting and dependable. Sephora, can we get some clarity on this? Loyal fans are noticing the difference
