Vanish Flash Stick - Highlighter Stick

Not for me

My skin is always a little dry and this just doesn’t work for that. I could see it working better for younger/smoother skin.

Pretty good

It’s a good natural finish cream highlighter but it’s pretty difficult to apply on the nose, like you have to pack it on for it to be visible or even noticeable however it’s good on other places.

Crap product

Horrible! Its dry and the application is NOT smooth. Rubs off all your foundation upon application.

Newly hooked

So flattering on cheeks and lids. Blends out smoothly. Definitely my favorite shade of all of them.

i felt that this product rubbed the base makeup off my face, and wasn’t as creamy as expected. there are better products for better prices.

Ok

After 2 uses my highlighter stopped going up. For the two times I used it, it was ok, very subtle which I like cause I’m in my mid fifties and I don’t want a lot of glitter on my face, but I do like the glow from within look.

I'm obsessed. It's so easy to apply, blends perfectly, and is amazing quality. I love Hourglass products, and this is no exception! I feel like this will last me forever, and I'll never get sick of it.

Not worth the money.

I was excited about this highlighter and I was very disappointed it doesn’t work well over foundation, I couldn’t blend it well. I tried it alone and it wore off within less than and hour.

Pearl-like Finish

I tried both the champagne and rose gold, and found that I like the rose gold more for my warm, light-medium skin tone. After I put on my BB or CC cream, I buff on a little Cover FX enhancer drops to my cheeks for a dewy look. Then on my nose, chin and cheekbones, I pop on the rose gold flash. It gives my skin a really healthy glow without looking too shiny. I also like the triangular shape of the stick as it's helpful feature when I apply the highlight to my cheeks. What really drew me to the product is that you can't see glitter particles - it's more of a pearl finish. The formula is buildable though, so I think I'll work for most people who like an extra gleam in their highlights, unless they're looking for more of a metallic finish. It's become a staple part of my makeup routine. Overall, I recommend it!

Only cream highlight that doesn't move foundation

I bought this in Rose Gold Flash because I find that pinky highlighters look best on my cool-toned skin and I decided against Pink Flash after seeing how underwhelming the swatches were. At first I was afraid it would be too dark for my very pale skin, but it actually ended up looking beautiful with just the right balance between blinding glow and natural dew, especially on top of a blush. I was quite pleased to see that it doesn't remove my foundation at all when applied, which is pretty unique for cream stick products. The triangular shape of the stick I assume is mostly for aesthetic purposes, but I actually think it might help a little with precision especially in trickier areas like the nose and brow bone. The formula and packaging makes this to apply, it glides on easily without breaking anything up or making my face look dry, and the shade is gorgeous. Worth the price, if I could only have one highlighter, it would be this!

Amazing!

When I first got this highlighter stick in Rose Gold, I wasn't sure it was what I was looking for. It has become my go to, favorite all time highlighter and general pick me up. Blends well, I use it on top of cheekbones and brow area...lovely glow but not glittery or obvious. Love this!

Dewy and Sophisticated

Hear me out. I know this is an odd way to apply this product but I apply it after powder and setting spray. Here's why: When I put this on directly from the stick, it pulls at my foundation. But when applied as a very last step, it glides on beautifully! And I'm ok with that! This leaves me with a natural rosey glow. I'm not one for intense glow and this product does it for me.
