Anastasia Beverly Hills highlighters are among the better premium highlighters: high payoff, smooth, beautiful shades, and generally strong performance. They’re especially good if you like a versatile glow — something that can go from natural daytime to glam evening with some layering or adjustment. They aren’t perfect: some shades are a bit understated unless you really work them, and for some skin types, texture or longevity can be an issue.

Not a fan

Not sure why this “icy highlighter” has a super yellow gold shift to it. It’s too dark for me even though it was made for all skin tones. It left a weird cast. Then hardpanned within like a month.

BRING THIS BACK

This was one of my favorite products that Norvina has ever made. The pigmentation and color pay off is vibrant and shiny. It gives you such a perfect glow, even when using a little bit of it.

Glow On

Very gold and bold, however slightly drying. I love how obvious it is and really helps the face glow, just not sure I would buy it again at this price point.

Sooo good I wear it everyday

You can go for a subtle, natural radiance or build it up for a full, blinding strobe effect, and it never looks powdery. The blendability is fantastic. Beautiful component and pan but not for me

The Anastasia Beverly Hills Iced Out Highlighter comes in stunning packaging—the white compact with rose gold accents feels luxe, and the embossed pan design is truly beautiful. However, the shade didn’t work for my skin tone. It pulls more gold than I expected and didn’t give the glowy, luminous effect I was hoping for. On me, it looked a bit flat and didn’t blend in naturally.

ABH has high quality products. Iced out highlighter has Blinding glow and smooth finish, delivers icy radiance in one swipe. Blends easily and has great pigment.

It's REALLY gold, just so you know.

I was looking for a pearl-like highlighter. Online, this looks like it would fit the bill; however, on me, it looked completely gold, like mermaid gold.

Beautiful highlighter

I love this highlighter very much. The pigmentation is very nice. Easy to blend and great texture. The packaging is very cute. The shine this highlighter gives is just wow.

Takes forever to show up when dry

This takes forever to show up when applied dry. I mean 3 layers to get a “cute” highlight. I don’t want cute, I want blinding! Tried using different brushes or even my fingers and it still doesn’t give me the glow I want. If I wet the brush it’s another story: it does give a gorgeous golden highlight that you can actually see. However none of my other highlighters need to be wet to show up, and I am lazy with my makeup so doing that extra step to get this to show up… honestly it puts me off using it. It’s not a cheap highlight so I expected it to perform well in any circumstance, not only when applied with a wet brush. Shame because honestly this could have been amazing.

I did not like the green reflection it gives Not long lasting at all, went over several times for my clients before I walked out (I’m sure it didn’t last their event)

I love this highlighter so much!! I am always getting compliments from other people and say that I am glowing!! 10/10 recommend!!!
