Applicator broke after a few months

I absolutely love the formula under my eyes and around my nose since it is not drying at all and looks very natural. HOWEVER, after a few months, the applicator broke, and now I am unable to use it. I bought this product thinking they had changed the applicator, but it is incredibly flimsy, and even being gentle does not matter. The applicator is not strongly rooted enough to withstand the pulling required to get the product out of the tube.

Unusable

Twice I have purchased this product and both times the tip of the applicator fell off. I was so gentle with the second one hoping it would hold up. I can’t get any product out and it’s a waste. Will not buy this again even though I really like the product itself.

Great formulation, trash applicator

Love this product and have repurchased but the applicator is trash. It has broken every single time I’ve repurchased it. Not sure why that hasn’t been updated given that there are 100+ other reviews commenting on the applicator

Buy it! I pair it with the foundation it’s the best finish so dewy and so smooth. 4 stars only because I wish it was a little more buildable but other than that it’s the holy grail 💋

The applicator helps if feel soothing however if not applied with the right powder it does can crease.It lasts all day however if doing excessive activities it looks patchy.

Great concealer but faulty applicator

I love this concealer but the applicator is very flimsy and has broken inside the tube for the second time now. It would be a 5 star if the product wasn’t defective.

Great Concealer, but the Brush Applicator……

This is the perfect concealer!! The shade is the right color and really helps with dark spots and rosacea!! My only issue is the brush applicator broke off into the actual concealer bottle. This is pricey and the last thing I expect is for the brush applicator to break!! I’m kind of disappointed!!

Go-to concealer

I really think this is the best concealer out there. It is so good at what it does and I could not be more pleased. Does not oxidize or anything.

Flimsy applicator

Formula and finish are amazing but the applicator has broken off inside my tube twice now. I have had this issue with two Haus Labs products now

This is my go to concealer. I’m almost 40 with dry under eyes and this works beautifully. You only need a tiny bit!

Love the concealer itself but the applicator isn’t good it broke off right away, a little disappointing because I do love this product

Horrific packaging, beautiful formula

Here's the thing, this was going to be my new favorite concealer. The formula is gorgeous: not cakey, flexible, melts into the skin. The wand applicator is the worst I've ever used. I've barely used this product for two weeks, and the wand snapped off in the tube. I had to pry it out with tweezers. I'll have to get creative to get the rest of the product out, but I shouldn't have to do that for this price. I will not be repurchasing until they fix the packaging.
