Amazing product packaging needs to be fixed

Amazing product! I have bought 3 concealers so far but the brush always breaks off the end and nothing fits inside the container to get the rest of the product out. I would love to continue to use this product so hope this issue can get fixed soon

Amazing product, applicator tip breaks off quick

Absolutely LOVE this product, it’s so hydrating, great coverage, and doesn’t break out my skin. It’s a holy grail. Only thing is the top of the applicator brush completely fell off! I don’t use pressure when applying, but it just broke off after only having it for a month.

Broke on the 3rd use!

Honestly an amazing concealer, I had no issues with quality. With that being said I only used it 3 times before the tip of the applicator broke off in the tube. Not really worth the money at that point 🤷🏻‍♀️

Instant pleasure

Not too heavy, doesn’t look cakey if I want to build it up and can definitely be used by itself without foundation. In my pics I paired it with CT flawless filter. What a shade match!!! Most concealers/base products I’ve used turns yellow… not this!!!

Dry/Sensitive Skin - MUST HAVE

GET IT!!!! This is the only concealer i’ve ever tried that doesn’t crease under my eyes. My past faves were tower 28 and nars, but this one is the perfect consistency that actually dries down nicely and doesn’t budge.

I haven’t tried a haus lab product that I didn’t like. Amazing! The barista in the Starbucks drive thru asked me what concealer I was wearing. After I told her, she said “this is my sign to finally buy it, it’s stunning” I’ve been using this instead of my hourglass concealer!

These eyes don’t lie

I don’t have overly sensitive skin, but my undereye area will always let me know if a product is problematic. I can see why many love this product, but for me, the use of too many skin-focused ingredients caused irritation and discomfort. My undereye area stung and this stopped immediately once I ended my relationship with this product. (Love you anyway, Gaga!)

Packaging is Defective

I like the formula. Covers well, de-puffs and when I lightly set with powder does not crease on my mature under-eye. Problem is the packaging. I've used it maybe 10 times and the tip came off the wand. I've reattached it but it comes off every use so the tube is unusable. Contacted Sephora, but this happened after 30 days so they will not help me.

Okay but not the best

It’s an okay concealer. Creases like crazy. Despite setting it with powder it still creases and appears a bit cakey. Not full coverage.
