[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I had high hopes for this Ultra Repair Cream because of its claims of intense hydration and its use of colloidal oatmeal as a skin protectant. Unfortunately, it did the complete opposite for me. After one week of using it on my dry hands during the winter season, my skin became even drier. I now have red, itchy patches that weren’t there before. Based on how badly my hands reacted, I wouldn’t dare put this anywhere else on my body — and definitely not on my face. I’m really disappointed and wish it had lived up to its claims.

This is a serious moisturizer!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The cream has a wonderful feel - very light and non-greasy. You can feel it penetrating your skin! The softness lasts all day without reapplying! No peeling, cracking skin.

my go to for dry face in the winter!

I have been using the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream for many years - I love it!! I have sensitive skin, I react poorly to almost any new product. I'm happy to say this product has never cause a problem for me. The cream is lightweight to touch, but takes a second to settle into skin when applied. I use it every day in the winter to ward off my dry face skin and it definitely works for the day. The only thing I don't love is that the new branding is a little blah - I get minimalism is in but the old branding had a little more personality. Of course this has nothing to do with the effectiveness of the product :) TLDR: this is my go to for dry face in the winter!

A new staple!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I really enjoyed this product. It has a thicker consistency that melts into your skin and doesn’t leave a greasy feeling behind. It definetly has helped fight the midwestern winter dryness and irritation.

I've gotten several samples of this and it's not my favourite. Has a bit of a weird smell and isn't watery or hydrating enough for my needs. I use it mainly as a travel/backup moisturizer when I don't have anything else on hand.

New look!

I love the new packaging and rebrand! This stuff is amazing for dry skin, face and body. It effectively hydrates without being too heavy. I wish the smell was a little different but it really works and absorbs well. Great price too for the large size!
